What You Need

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent.

• White Card: Current General Construction Induction.

• License: Valid Manual Driver’s License (MR/HR highly regarded).

• Experience: Proven background in civil construction, concreting, or bridge maintenance.

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "safety-first" mindset.

What We Need

• Versatility: Ability to pivot from fine timber work to heavy civil labouring and debris removal.

• Skills: Proficiency in formwork, kerb/channeling, and installing stormwater culverts.

• Maintenance Savvy: Experience repairing roadside assets, bridges, and foreshore structures.

• Teamwork: A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a small, mobile crew.
